RoboCop was a blast out of the blue when it appeared near the end of the Reagan Administration – freshly inventive, appallingly entertaining. Star powered, brilliantly conceived, smartly executed, it spawned two sequels, both inferior. Now it’s spawned a 21st century reboot…

One needn’t be familiar with Blade Runner minutiae to find Blade Runner 2049 gripping from the start, thought provoking by the middle and shattering at the end. Yep, this terrific sci-fi sequel works for newbies. Thus, it’s not just an aficionado’s treat. It’s meat for the masses. Somehow th…

My kids dragged me out to see this one, and I was not dissappointed! Non-stop action the whole way through with outstanding visual effects. You almost started to believe that a camaro could transform itself into a robot, and as you got in to it developed an affinity for them. This is a must-see… |

Wow, what a major dissapointment. I thought sequels like Spider man 2, Dark Knight, and Terminator 2 proved that sequels learn from mistakes and succeed over the original. But nnnnnnnoooooo, not in the terrible world of Michael Bay, someone better stick that jerk on a rocket and turn him into wh… |

Scarlett Johansson in a compelling cyborg story. Not as inspiring as say, Robocop, but Scarlett sure makes for a cute robot, and they have set things up nicely for a sequel. Let’s see where this goes. |

Not a very original concept anymore, I guess it probably was still borderline novel in 2001 when the movie was created. Haley Joel Osment does a very good job, especially for a child star, acting like a robot. I found the ending entirely dissatisfying though, sorry to say. |

This is, in my opinion, possibly the greatest sequel ever made. Its a sequel that completely blows the original right the hell away. Its one of my favorite movies of all time and one I could watch 10 times in one week and never get sick of it. Twice the action, twice the special effects, and ’bou… |

Released 11 years after the monster success of Terminator 2, this third chapter in the legendary franchise suffers from the absence of visionary director James Cameron and star Linda Hamilton. |
