The Dark Knight is just as dark as it's name. It's a violant and disturbing movie, but that is what makes it one of the best films of all time. Some of the greatest acting of all time, with heath ledger making the 4th greatest acting performance of all time (1-al pacino in the Godfather pt.2) and Christian bale making the perfect Batman. The plot is just as diverse as it gets, and accomplished what no other superhero movie can: Handling 2 Villains. Look what happened to Spider man 3! Don Vito Corelone is the most powerful man around. He is the head of a family of crime, and calls himself the Godfather. After declining an offer made by a drug dealer, he is nearly killed, and his Family begins a pursuit of vengence on everyone involved. Even with the high expectations i had before watching the movie, i still found it to be very good. It never gets boring, the way all the elements are combined (mob interaction, language, violence) never leaves anyone hanging. |
