Regarding Johnny Pace’s Review My only quibble is that I don’t think Terminator Salvation is the quality blockbuster of the summer given that you, me and Will each gave it just 3.5 beams. I don’t think we’ve had one yet, notwithstanding the HUGE box office Michael Bay is scoring here. Fortunately, it’s just the 4th of July, so there’s hope that something memorable (in a good way) will appear before Labor Day. In any case, Summer 2008 was a better year for blockbusters than 2009 can ever hope to be at this point. |
