  1. Quality
  2. Pretty Bad 1.5

Horrible movie, but a load of fun for John Barrowman fans to watch. John stars in this epic failure about a gigantic, poorly edited in shark that terrorizes and/or eats people. Add in a stereotypical Jamaican-ish guy and a hot scientist chick and you can’t lose right???

  3. OK 2.5

Not that bad actually, considering what they had to work with. The women are sexy and John Barrowman knows how to rock a wetsuit.

  4. Male Stars OK 2.5
  5. Female Stars OK 2.5
  6. Female Costars OK 2.5
  7. Male Costars OK 2.5
  8. Pretty Bad 1.5

From what I understand, they took footage of sharks breaching the water to snap up fish, and replaced the fish with footage of people in a boat. The result is not actually that bad considering, but very very fake looking.

  9. Direction Pretty Bad 1.5
  10. Play Pretty Bad 1.5

Awful awful dialogue, includes a line said by Barrowman’s character that was said just for kicks and then they left it in the movie (definitely not appropriate for children!) but hilarious.

  11. Music Pretty Bad 1.5
  12. Visuals Pretty Bad 1.5
  13. Content
  14. Risqué 2.5
  15. Sex Lewd 4.5

A few sex scenes, one in the shower. Nothing too hard core.

  16. Violence Fierce 2.0

    Lame shark attacks?

  17. Rudeness
  18. Supernatural 3.4

    Possible I suppose, a giant prehistoric shark…slightly…maybe…a little bit…

  19. Circumstantial Supernatural 3.4
  20. Biological Supernatural 3.4
  21. Physical Supernatural 3.4
