Very Good 3.5
This is a gem of a movie that provides a humorous twist on the traditional inspirational sports movie. Follow the, um, a little overly hormonal Ralph who desperately wants to find a way to cure is coma-ridden mom. How? Well, by performing a miracle and winning the Boston Marathon. Against all age and Catholic school odds, Ralphs shows us that a lot is possible. Very funny and enjoyable – thumbs up!

Good 3.0
Adam Butcher is one of the funniest teenagers I’ve seen. He has a genuine knack to pull off the straight man in very funny situations. I could have sworn that Father Fitzpatrick was a thin William Shatner – but no, it was Gordon Pinsent – an unknown lookalike. It was interesting to see Jennifer Tilley — the voice of Bonnie in family guy as the supportive Nurse Alice.

Very Good 3.5
The movie is funny in a way that adults can appreciate and enjoy, but what was great was the fact that it was all that – as well as an inspirational movie for the whole family. No cheese served here. Just all around very well done!
