Regarding Phillip’s Review
Um, Isabel Lucas wasn’t a terminator.

Regarding Johnny Pace’s Review
Yeah, I was holding high hopes for Public Enemies too, but it proved a disappointment in the end. Not a bad movie, maybe even a great one, but definitely not perfect. I’m polishing up my review and should publish it later today.

Regarding Johnny Pace’s Review
Very amusing review Johnny P! I have no intention of seeing the movie, but am damn happy it came out ’cause it caused you to write such an entertaining slam.

My only quibble is that I don’t think Terminator Salvation is the quality blockbuster of the summer given that you, me and Will each gave it just 3.5 beams. I don’t think we’ve had one yet, notwithstanding the HUGE box office Michael Bay is scoring here. Fortunately, it’s just the 4th of July, so there’s hope that something memorable (in a good way) will appear before Labor Day.

In any case, Summer 2008 was a better year for blockbusters than 2009 can ever hope to be at this point.
