  2. Perfect 5.0

Walt doesn’t care for ethinic groups and they are filling up the town that he lives in but he refuses to move, so when a asian family movies next door he is not thrilled. Especially when he catches the teenage boy trying to still his 1972 Grand Torino. After he helps protect the boy from a asian gang everyone one is greatful and keep sending over food, flowers etc. Walt really just wants to be left alone, but when the family makes the teen work for Walt because he has dishonored him, Walt starts to like the kid. He also knows that the teens next door will never be safe from the gang world unless he does something about it.

A very dramatic movie and I believe that if Clint Eastwood never made another film he would go out with a bang. One of his best works yet. I was so drawn into the story, though it doesn’t end the way I would have like it to, it still has a very dramatic ending.

Yeah, it really was a triumph considering it was ol’ Clint’s last movie as an actor.

Regarding MetalJunky5000’s Review
As someone who also thought Gran Torino was Perfect, welcome to the club. Like you said “this is right up there with some of the best movies I’ve ever seen.” I agree, though it’s interesting that several other WikPik reviewers – some of whom I have on my Trusted list – didn’t agree. Go figure.
