Really Great 4.5
There is something about 80’s movies that are just plain nostagic, but maybe that is because I grew up in the 80’s. I loved Murphy’s Romance because it was a light hearted romantic comedy about a older widow (James Gardner) who is about 30yrs her senior and a divorced mother (Sally Field)with a teen aged son.
Gardner and Field just fit this movie so well, that is easy to just watch this movie over and over. Even with the age difference the was a definate chemistry and mature humor that just made you smile while you watched it. -
