Like in all of the series, you get extremely cheesy violence, so this isn't at all like horror movies today.

Regarding izzio’s Review
I wouldn’t say this is the worst at all. It’s one of the in-between ones. The worst is Freddy’s Dead, BY FAR.

Also, in reply to your comment about Freddy:
“And when they DO show him, he doesn’t even act like his joking self. He’s acts more like a serious murderer, which is not how he is in the rest of the films.”

Actually, he started off as a seriouse killer. In the first (and best() film in the series, he barely cracked jokes. It wasn’t until the 3rd one that he started cracking jokes, and while i love the 3rd one to pieces, it WAS the death of “Scary Freddy”, with him becoming less scary with each sequel.

Regarding izzio’s Review
I wouldn’t go as far as to say its the worst in the series(that award goes to Freddy’s Dead), this was a dissapointing sequel.

Very good review, though. But just a word of advice, you shouldn’t judge old and/or classic horror films based on your knowledge of modern horror films. Because as far as I’m concerned, modern horror has gone down the toilet. In fact, most of the violence in horror movies today is just fake CGI.
