Good 3.0
The combination of wanting to see a light-looking comedy and Wick’s ‘Great’ rating let my son and I to come see Peter Atencio’s Keanu. I didn’t have very high expectations going in. After all, it is a movie that centers around finding a cat. In the end, the comedy isn’t much about the cute kitty at all, although the idea of gangsters stealing cats was funny. Instead, it was the lol generating idea of “two white black guys” surviving in gangland. I especially loved the use of George Michael music. Although the movie was far from a waste of time, the consistency and frequency of LOLs weren’t enough for a higher rating, but I did leave with a smile on my face.
