   Very Good 3.5

   Nicolas Cage is perfect as an upcoming icon in the underbelly of an arms dealing Disney World at the time the Berlin wall fell and Russian arms inventory was plentiful. Cage is known for his sarcasm, and its dripping off of him for most of the film. In the end, the movie makes s statement of sorts, and although it is rare, one can actually take a Cage movie seriously.
