Good 3.0
Well, I expected more. Gone is the novelty. MJ Part 2 is a logical sequel, but it gave the feeling that the writers, well, just phoned it in. The action was decent, as were the effects, but the story itself was a tad boring, with easy to predict plot turns. Given what was left over, they should have just had a single-movie finale to the series rather than milked us movie-goers. Normally I’d say wait for streaming, but it is good enough for a matinee price.

Very Good 3.5
Jennifer Lawrence and the crew we’ve gotten to know deliver a solid performance.
