Pretty Bad 1.5
If you like movies where the plot comes secondary to how many slow-motion action sequences can end with an explosion or someone getting spin-kicked, this is the movie for you.
-
Barely OK 2.0
Cruise has lost some of his edge from not only the previous movie in the series, but older movies like Top Gun. Hunt is more two-dimensional this time around and falls into the usual action hero cliches.

Very Good 3.5
Production for big-budget action at its finest, as is John Woo. You can’t say the man is not good at what he does. The special effects are over the top and action is exactly what you would expect from Woo. Nothing more.

Risqué 2.3
More sex this time around but nothing vulgar. Language is typical for an action movie and the violence is everywhere, but not in a bloody way.

Sex Titillating 1.9

Violence Brutal 3.0

Rudeness Salty 1.9

Surreal 2.7
This film really stretches the boundaries of belief for an action movie that is supposed to be realistic. The events in this film are possible in theory, but are pulled off in a fashion that is about as convincing as the average episode of Walker: Texas Ranger.

Circumstantial Surreal 2.7
