Great 4.0
Ron Howard chronicles Jay Z’s musical melting pot. I can’t think of a better way to get a broad spectrum music that you probably are not listening to a lot of. Take a gander at Rita Ora, Kanye West, Pearl Jam, Janelle Monae, Skrillex, Santigold, the Hives, D’Angelo, and many more. My favorite? The hard slinging Texas blues of Gary Clark Jr. Howard does a great job of interviewing the attendees, but adeptly also interviews venue vendors and even local neighborhood residents for a colorful mix of viewpoints. As far as Jay Z goes – the man is a visionary – regardless of how you feel about his music.
