Good 3.0
The Vince Vaughn formula is tweaked a little in to more of a feel-good movie than a goofy comedy. Of course, the premise is quite goofily-funny: someone who went on a sperm-donation spree 20 years ago finds out he is the father to over 500 kids, and 150 of them want to find out who he is. Yes, it is predictable. Vince is hugely likable but not that successful – without a higher purpose and close to losing his girlfriend (Cobie Smulders). Kids often are a source for a higher purpose, and the movie focuses on Vince’s transformation. Delivery Man does better as a date movie than a comedy, and you will have a pleasantly good time watching.
