   Very Good 3.5

   Beautiful but daunting scenery, great but not outstanding acting, and a story line that is compelling but just a little too long make “The Way Back” a very good movie. There were one or two times when I thought, “Man, this really needs to move forward,” but realized that that feeling was probably going through the characters’ minds the entire movie and they didn’t have the luxury of fast-forwarding.
