   Really Great 4.5

   Question: What happens when Scorsese tells a tale of debauchery and corruption with a flair of humor and an all-star cast? A new classic! Wolf is one of those ‘so crazy, you can’t make it up’ kinds of stories. A whirlwind of drugs, women, and money. With Long-Island accented perfection, Martin and this veteran crew deliver a story with finely honed and well timed punches of fun and humor. Pervasive craziness, with elements of frat-party in an unfortunately believable setting. This film will keep you hooked, only to be interrupted by fits of belly-laughter inspired by macabre events and the most hilarious ‘east coast guy’ verbally caustic dialog.

4. Acting

   Really Great 4.5

   What works better than Jonah Hill and Michael Cera? Jonah Hill and Leonardo Dicaprio! They two mix it up beautifully. The Dicaprio Hill lude-laden phone/drive scene will be etched in my memory for a long time. And bravo Matthew McConaughey (“aaah…ummmm… ahhhh….ummmm”). And where the heck did Margot Robbie come from? Long Island bombshell, with a body to match the attitude! Shall we get in to the others on this rock-star cast? Try Rob Reiner with the classic Bronx-style stress, and Kyle Chandler as the understated Fed. Or, maybe Jon Favreau is more to your liking. I could go on the rest, but you get the idea.
