   Really Great 4.5

   “You can’t make stuff like this up” is how the old adage goes, and that’s what struck me as I watched this great Ben Affleck film. Iran in ‘79 was a scary place to be an American, and when open hostilities broke out, it became terrifying. Argo tells the tale about the lucky six who got out of the embassy, and the creative-minded CIA agent’s outlandish plan to get them out of the country. Argo should not be missed. Not only is it a great true story, but the film is very well made, with a constant palpable tension, and the acting from greats like Ben Affleck, John Goodman,and Alan Arkin (who was hilarious!), and a very solid cast.
