  1. Quality
  2. OK 2.5

Oh my god, I can’t believe I’m reviewing this movie. It just proves that I’ve watched the movie … 3 times. The first time, when it first came out in 1997 (I was 13), it was great; the 2nd time a week later it was good; now, it’s just bad.

  3. OK 2.5

    Read components.

  4. Male Stars OK 2.5

Tim Allen. No need to say more.

A young Sam Huntington does a stereotypical, nearly condescending, “jungle” accent in an attempt to make his scrawny, white-boy self seem jungle-raised.

  5. Female Stars OK 2.5

Not good, not bad. Not memorable.

  6. Female Costars OK 2.5
  7. Male Costars OK 2.5
  8. OK 2.5

    Read components.

  9. Direction Very Good 3.5
  10. Play Great 4.0

It’s a Tim Allen movie which means it’s not allowed to get more than a few chuckels in the whole movie. I will admit, however, that it did make me chuckle a few times.

  11. Music Bad 1.0

I don’t remember any soundtrack …. I hate when that happens.

  12. Visuals Good 3.0
  13. Content
  14. Tame 1.0

    Read components.

  15. Sex Innocent 1.0
  16. Violence Gentle 1.0
  17. Rudeness Polite 1.0
  18. Glib 1.1

Yeah, right, like any woman wants to have Tim Allen’s kid. Haha, really, though, no way a kid gets raised in the jungle and then his dad randomly finds out about him.

  19. Circumstantial Glib 1.3
  20. Biological Natural 1.0
  21. Physical Natural 1.0
