OK 2.5
Seth Rogen’s brand of humor packaged in a superhero flick works Ok, but not great. Simply not super-hero enough, and too much of a humor undercurrent at times when it didn’t really belong. The spoiled rich kid inherits daddy’s fortune, and his star help, somehow see’s the light and goes for the crime fighting profession. The best part of this film was the gadgetry and pure kid-like delight in employing it.

Rogen was Ok, but I loved Christophe Waltz as Chudnofsky the evil doing Hornet rival. Jay Chou was a kick (Iiterally) as Kato.

Yes – I read about that. Jay Chou is no Bruce Lee but was pretty good. Too bad the poorly done production overshadowed any bright spots in the acting department. |

Bummer that they messed this up given that the show was how Bruce Lee got introduced to America. |
