OK 2.5
A so-so Robin Williams flick about a 10 year old boy who ages in hyper-time. This should have been a cake-walk for Robin Williams — I mean think of all the silly shticks this could have generated. Instead, Robin comes across as not trying that hard and expectations are let down as the Robin Williams, Diane Lane, J-Lo, and even Bill Cosby can’t rescue this Coppola film. Before I end this on a sour note, my family did end up enjoying the film enough to not turn it off in the middle of the DVD, and they are teenagers — this movie might be great for the younger (tween) set with its juvenile LOL moments and G rated setting.

OK 2.5
My hopes were sky high: Robin Williams, Diane Lane, Jennifer Lopez, and Bill Cosby. Instead, what I got was sort-of ho-hum.
