   Great 4.0

   I love it when a film comes together! The Summer, let alone the whole year, has been filled with many dissapointments. However, The A-Team is the first one to truly offer some good ‘ol fashion turn-your-brain-off fun! The film was adapted from the classic 80s TV show starring Mr. T and George Peppard. Thankfully, you don’t have to have watched the show in order to enjoy the movie.

   The film centers around a group of soldiers who are sent to prison for a crime they didn’t commit. Soon, these men escape and go on a mission to clear their names and get their lives back.

   With a simple plot and implausible action, The A-Team is a movie you really shouldn’t take too seriously. Just be glad that in a summer of dissapointments, we finally get something awesome! There is no plan B, so go see The A-Team!

4. Acting

   Great 4.0

   Each of the actors does a great job and don’t resort to impersonation to play their characters. Liam Neeson is great as the cigar chomping leader John “Hannibal” Smith. He proves once again that he truely is Hollywood’s biggest Irish bad ass. I was worried about Quinton “Rampage” Jackson playing B.A. Baracus. I thought that since the guy really has no experience in acting(wrestling doesn’t count!!), he wouldn’t be able to pull off the part. Boy was I wrong, he was able to capture the good heart and tough manner of B.A. without overdoing the "FOOL"ishness. Bradley Cooper definitely has the sarcastic side of Face down. But the man who steals the show is District 9’s Shalto Copley as Murdock. He offers a lot of great comic relief and he may go on to even bigger things following this.
