  1. Quality
  2. Perfect 5.0

This is a rock opera, yes I said it, OPERA. Believe it or not, the music really ties in the characters and suck you right in. They are catchy, so enjoy it, it’s worth it!

The story is about Nathan and his daughter Shilo. Nathan is a man that raised his daughter on his own since the untimely death of his wife Marney. Shilo is a sickly girl, that all she wants to do is go out and see the world. Nathan is a man with a double life, a secret that only those that employ him at Gene-Co know about, just to keep it from his sick 16 year old daughter.

Gene-Co is run by a tyrant, a man that set forth to give people another chance at life at a disgusting price. Those who need an organ and can’t afford to pay for the surgery, can do a “rent to own” deal on their organs. The company got it legalized for repossession of organs if they aren’t paying for them. If you catch my drift… You don’t pay, the Repo-men come out and find you wherever you are; you can be at home, at work, or even in a dark alley, and the Repo-man will find you and literally rip out the organ from your bodies. Ouch! The narrator of the film is the gruesomely intriguing Graverobber. He comes to Shilo’s aid in some ways, but mostly, he tells the story about how Gene-Co is so interested in young Shilo, and why Nathan is contracted… but you don’t really know why, not till you go to the " OPERA TONIGHT".

  3. Really Great 4.5

Shilo is played by Alexa Vega, “Spy kids” and “Ruby and the Rockets”, her role as a selfish, whiny, and sheltered girl worked for her, I didn’t like her singing much, but all in all she did well. Nathan/Repo-man is played by Anthony Head, Giles from the “Buffy the Vampire Slayer” series. If you’ve ever seen the show, you would know that this man can belt out some tunes, and does so again in this film. His role of devoted father and gruesome surgeon of the unfortunate, really did a number on my thoughts of him as an actor.. brilliant! Rotti Largo, was played by Paul Sorvino. Boy, did he nail the role of arrogant ass. He showed us just how far he would go so that he would stay rich and even his own kids wouldn’t get his company. Sarah Brightman played Blind Mag who was the talent for Gene-Co and a woman that had a past with Shilo and her father, though Shilo didn’t know it herself. Sarah brought back the opera in full force and her acting was well done. If you’ve ever seen her play Christine on “The Phantom of the Opera” (the original), her voise hasn’t changed a note. She is just as flawless and beautiful as her voice in the film, and her haunting eyes are ones that I’d purchase for myself if I could. Now lastly, Paris Hilton, Amber Sweet, what can I say, spoiled little rich brat of a tyrant! Suited her perfectly. couldn’t have asked for a better role for this blonde. She was addicted to surgery, she was spoiled, and she would do anything she could to get a quick fix, not stretching to far from the truth now are we Paris.

  8. Perfect 5.0

AMAZING!! This film was awesome, the graphics were amazing and so original. The costumes, the buildings, the dialogue, the characters, the music, everything was put together harmoniously. It all worked and you just couldn’t help but sit there time and again, just to pick out other cool stuff that they had hidden everywhere. There was always something new to look at. Creative, original, inspiring… like I said before, AMAZING!

  9. Direction Perfect 5.0
  10. Play Perfect 5.0
  11. Music Perfect 5.0
  12. Visuals Perfect 5.0
  13. Content
  14. Obscene 5.0

Blood, gore, horror, Boobs, boobs, and hey there is even more.. GORE! From the removal of an entire spine, and faces being torn off to be used as a mask… there is more gore in this musical than the classic Sweeney Todd. I loved S.T. but honestly, this film trumps it with the sickeningly catchy tunes and with the endless body count. You didn’t feel that it was overdone, either. It had just enough to make you want to watch it over and over again!

  15. Sex Explicit 5.0

Boobs everywhere.. Either on a corpse, or nice ones being flashed at ya..and of course..

“A Night in Paris”- need I say more..

  16. Violence Monstrous 5.0

A man being used as a puppet during a song, Graverobber going into crypts and stealing Zydrate from corpses, it’s just bloody as hell…sick and twisted, you just wonder where they came up with all this stuff!

  17. Rudeness Vile 5.0
  18. Fantasy 5.0

Of course, living our life in song and (as we would hope) no one is going to pass a law for someone to repossess organs after nonpayment, aren’t real; but, it’s definitely interesting to see how people make their own theme songs to tell everyone else who they are and assists in telling their stories. Don’t you have a theme song that tells your story? Think about that when you see the flick. It might not be as sick or sadistic, but it’s about you.. Get lost in the fantasy, sing along when people are getting dismembered, It’s a lot of fun to watch.. well if you’re me that is!

  19. Circumstantial Fantasy 5.0
  20. Biological Fantasy 5.0
  21. Physical Fantasy 5.0
