Good 3.0
Corny with obvious martial arts stereotyping — Christopher Walkins made the movie for me and redeemed it back to good overall. A viewers rating may be much higher if they love table tennis, ping pong, slapstick comedy.

Good 3.0
Lots of slapstick humour. The acting was ok, nothing great. Christopher Walkins proved himself a star, especially next to what appeared to be amateur actors.

Production components were quite fantastic. Think Bruce Lee’s Fists of Furty and pump it up with Hollywood steroids.

Some references to it but still tame overall.

Glib 1.8
The idea for an international, secret ping pong championship with death being the penalty of not winning. Interesting, hopefully, highly unlikely.
