Perfect 5.0
" I don’t believe I’ve had a Big Kahuna burger…." That’s a line from Pulp Fiction, one of the greatest films of all time and the film I am currently reviewing. This is my second favorite film of all time. This movie is an American classic, a masterpiece, flawless, and by far Quentin Tarantino’s best film and the one that earned him an Oscar for his ingenious writing.
How exactly do I explain this movie without giving out any spoilers? Well, I could start out by saying that there is no main character in this movie. The film focuses on the lives of several different individuals as they collide and intersect in a matter of a day. Through violent scuffels, a retro dinner, and talk of foreign McDonalds, Quentin Tarantino tells an excellent story and one that keeps you interested throughout the entire film.
If there is a list of films you need to see before you die, Pulp Fiction is in the top 5. You must see this film.

Perfect 5.0
For many of the actors in this film, this was their comeback. Each actor does a steller job and each shows a lot of charisma! John Travolta, Samuel L. Jackson, and Uma Thurman shine the most out of all the actors in this movie. The rest of the cast is phenomenal as well, including Ving Rhames, Harvey Keitel, Eric Stoltz, and even Mr. Tarantino, himself.

The dialogue is the best part of the movie. The moment these actors open their mouths, you’re all ears!! The lines are memorable from “Say ‘what’ again!!” to “Ever heard of a cab?” The conversations are interesting and they keep you glued to screen.

Music Perfect 5.0
The soundtrack is one of the best movie soundtracks ever!! It’s comprised of mostly rock n’ roll. It includes such classics as “Miserlou”, “Teenage Wedding”, “Jungle Boogie”, and “Girl, You’ll be a Woman Soon”. The songs fit the scenes they’re in.

Regarding Tripod’s Review “Blood and sweat is what you saw, revenge and absolution is what you heard” is justification enough however. |
I'm sorry, did I break your concentration?
