  1. Quality
  2. Very Good 3.5

A union officer with incredible determination and 9 lives is pursued by a cruel rebel make a good story for Seraphim – a solid western with a hard edge, a cold stark setting, and a gritty demeanor. You should definitely see this movie if you are a western fan.

  3. Great 4.0

Before seeing this film, I never would have thought to pair Liam Neeson and Pierce Brosnan – but both ended up being a great fit. Neeson pulls of the gritty pursuer and Brosnan is mostly believable as the man who always finds a way to stay one step ahead of fate. An interesting cameo from Angelica Houston added an entertaining twist.

  4. Male Stars Great 4.0
  5. Female Stars Great 4.0
  6. Female Costars Great 4.0
  7. Male Costars Great 4.0
  8. Very Good 3.5

Great use of the wilderness scenery and harsh weather that goes beyond the normal desert setting to most westerns. The focus is more on action than drama and dialog – which is definitely more fitting for the genre.
