Wick's Review

Created Jul 25, 2012 10:19PM PST • Edited May 20, 2013 11:13PM PST

  1. Quality
  2. Bad 1.0

Was this sequel really necessary? It lacks a catchphrase and apparently failed to cover its cost.

    To Hades with it!

How does anyone even get caught watching a piece-o-crap like this? Two words: airplane movie.

Fortunately I have a low standard when it comes to spam-in-a-can entertainment – Barely OK or better. Sadly, Wrath of the Titans looks up at even that low bar.

My fellow reviewer MJ5K said it best about Clash of the Titans. “RELEASE THE ANGRY VIEWER!!!” Here! Here!

  3. Barely OK 2.0

Sam Worthington doesn’t deserve leading man status.

Liam Neeson has become a paycheck slut. Apparently Ralph Fiennes is following him down that hole.

Rosamund Pike classes up most any movie, but can do little with this one.

  4. Male Stars Barely OK 2.0
  5. Female Stars Barely OK 2.0
  6. Female Costars Barely OK 2.0
  7. Male Costars Barely OK 2.0
  8. Pretty Awful 0.5
  9. Direction Pretty Awful 0.5
  10. Play Pretty Awful 0.5
  11. Music Pretty Awful 0.5
  12. Visuals Pretty Awful 0.5
  13. Content
  14. Risqué 1.6
  15. Sex Innocent 1.0
  16. Violence Fierce 2.0
  17. Rudeness Salty 1.8
  18. Fantasy 4.1
  19. Circumstantial Supernatural 3.4
  20. Biological Fantasy 5.0
  21. Physical Supernatural 3.9

Regarding Wick’s Review
Thanks for the reference, Wick. Much appreciated : )

I remember when this movie was first announced. My initial reaction: really? I think your review is enough to keep me away forever.
